摘  要:基于药食同源理念,利用数据挖掘和网络药理学方法,筛选具有淡斑、养颜作用食材。通过IBM SPSS Statistics 22数据挖掘分析具有淡斑祛斑、养颜功效组方,采用频数统计和关联规则等方法筛选出核心药食同源食材,从改善和治疗皮肤色素性疾病角度出发,结合网络药理学探究其潜在作用机制。筛选得到食疗方222种,涉及食材385种,使用频率前5药食同源食材中当归-茯苓支持度与置信度最高。对“当归-茯苓”进行网络药理学分析,获取核心药对治疗皮肤色素性疾病潜在作用靶点178个,GO富集和KEGG通路分析主要涵盖皮肤色素性疾病中的神经活性配体-受体相互作用等通路,获取多靶点、多途径作用机制。为具有淡斑祛斑、美容养颜功效产品研究提供参考和理论支撑。Utilize data mining and network pharmacology analysis methods to select ingredients with lightening and beauty nourishing effects based on the concept of“homology of medicine and food.”This IBM SPSS Statistics 22 was used to conduct data mining analysis on formulas with freckle-reducing and enhancing effects.Frequency statistics and association rules are employed to analyze basic information and formula patterns to screen out core ingredients with both medicinal and edible properties.From the perspective of improving and treating skin pigmentation disorders,network pharmacology is used to pxplore their potential mechanisms of action.A total of 222 dietary therapy formulas involving 385 ingredients were screened in this study.Among the top five most frequently used ingredients with homology of medicine and food,the association rule date shows that the support and confidence of the combination of Angelica sinensis and Poria cocos are the highest.Network pharmacology analysis of“Angelica sinensis-Poria cocos”revealed 178 potential targets for treating skin pigmentation disorders.GO enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis mainly cover neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction and other pathways.The multi-target and multi-pathway mechanisms of action of core ingredients have been initially obtained,providing references and theoretical support for the research of products with freckle-reducing and beauty-enhancing effects.
