摘 要:根据相关要求,动车组高压、制动、网络及牵引等关键系统应具有安全保护及冗余能力,故障导向安全,此外高压系统应具备接地故障准确定位检测功能。基于以上要求,文章提出了CJ6型动车组牵引系统冗余技术变更方案,将牵引变压器由1台变为2台,同时新增2个网侧电流互感器和2个母线电流互感器,用于接地故障检测和定位。对方案变更前后牵引变压器的主要性能参数、列车网侧性能和牵引加速性能进行对比分析,结果表明,双变压器CJ6型动车组满足上述要求。According to the relevant requirements,the key systems such as high voltage,braking,network and traction of EMU should have the ability of safety protection and redundancy,and the fault is oriented to safety.In addition,the high voltage system should have the function of accurate location and detection for grounding fault.Based on the above requirements,this paper proposes a redundancy technical change scheme for the traction system of CJ6 EMU,which changes the traction transformer from one to two,and adds two grid-side current transformers and two bus current transformers for grounding fault detection and location.The main performance parameters of the traction transformer,the grid-side performance and the traction acceleration performance of train before and after the change of scheme are compared and analyzed.The results show that CJ6 EMU of double transformer meets the above requirements.
