摘 要:符合欧盟铁路互联互通技术规范(TSI)标准的双层动车组实现了高速、大容量和轻量化设计,但增加了列车耐撞安全管控和仿真难度。遵循能量守恒和纵向刚度协调原则,制定了双层动车组吸能过程多级、分区的管控思路,并确定五方面耐撞安全管控策略。依据EN 15227标准的耐撞性仿真验证要求和TSI认证经验,开展仿真建模关键项点研究,确保双层动车组耐撞安全。为进一步仿真研究双层动车组的吸能行为和特性,对比分析了不同材料模型的碰撞特性,研究了吸能曲线采用理论值和实测值的碰撞特性,并深入研究了碰撞后前三节车的头尾减速度和变形规律。结果表明:双层动车组碰撞仿真建模合理准确,吸能曲线采用实测值后吸能特性更趋于真实,头车的减速度影响较大,非实测吸能曲线仿真结果变形量保守。The double-deck EMU that meets the requirements of Technical Specifications for Interoperability(TSI)of the European Union realizes high-speed,large capacity,and lightweight design,but increases the difficulty of train crashworthiness safety control and simulation.Following the principles of energy conservation and longitudinal stiffness coordination,the multi-stage and zonal control thinking of the energy absorption process of double-deck EMU is developed,and the five aspects of crashworthiness safety control strategy is determined.Based on the crashworthiness simulation verification requirements of EN 15227 and TSI certification experience,the key points of simulation modeling are studied to ensure crashworthiness safety of double-deck EMU.In order to further simulate and study the energy absorption behavior and characteristics of double-deck EMU,the collision characteristics of different material models are compared and analyzed,and the collision characteristics of the energy absorption curves using theoretical and measured values are studied.The deceleration and deformation laws of the front and rear of the first three vehicles after collision are deeply investigated.The results show that the simulation modeling of double-deck EMU collision is reasonable and accurate,the energy absorption characteristics are more realistic after using the measured value for the energy absorption curve.The deceleration of the head vehicle has a significant impact,and the deformation of the non-measured energy absorption curve simulation results is conservative.
