摘  要:针对某欧洲动车组非占有端连续式列车控制系统(LZB)发生的异常输出紧急制动问题,文章从控制原理和故障数据两方面分析了故障原因,并提出了与LZB控车功能相关的硬件和软件逻辑的优化方案。该方案通过增加硬件信号联锁和调整中央控制单元的软件逻辑,确保了非占有端LZB不参与控车。优化后的车辆运行状况表明,该优化方案是安全可靠的,能满足动车组运用要求。Aiming at the problem of abnormal output emergency braking occurred in the continuous train control system(LZB)in deactivated cab of a European EMU,the fault cause is analyzed from the aspects of control principle and fault data,and the optimization scheme of hardware and software logic related to the LZB control function is proposed.This scheme ensures that the LZB in deactivated cab does not participate in vehicle control by adding hardware signal interlocking and adjusting the software logic of the central control unit.The optimized vehicle operation status indicates that the optimization scheme is safe and reliable,and can meet the requirements of EMU operation.
