摘　　要：目的对中医药治疗视神经萎缩的研究动态、热点、趋势进行可视化分析,为开展相关研究提供参考依据。方法计算机检索建库以来—2023年12月17日发表在中国知网(CNKI)的有关中医药治疗视神经萎缩的相关文献,并借助citespace软件进行分析及图谱绘制。结果共纳入616篇文献,总体发文量呈现上升趋势,近几年的发文量增幅较快;纳入研究机构241个,其中黑龙江中医药大学发文量最多;在被纳入的258位作者中,韦企平是发文量最多的代表作者;各作者和研究机构之间缺乏地区合作关系;共计222个关键词,其中针刺、青光眼、青盲和中药等关键词出现频次较高,形成了9个聚类。结论中医药在防治视神经萎缩方面展示出广阔的前景,并且与其他眼科疾病存在密切联系。目前的研究主要侧重于临床研究,而对其机制的研究仍需进一步深入探索和阐明。Objective To conduct a visual analysis of the research dynamics,hotspots,and trends in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of optic atrophy(OA),and to provide a reference basis for further research in this area.Methods Retrieved and collected the relevant literature on TCM treatment for OA published on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from its establishment to December 17,2023,and performed analysis and graph plotting using the citespace software.Results A total of 616 articles were included,showing an overall increasing trend in publication volume,and a faster growth rate in recent years.241 research institutions were included,with Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine having the highest publication volume.Among the 258 authors included,Wei Qiping was the most representative author with the highest publication volume.There is a lack of regional cooperation between authors and research institutions.There were a total of 222 keywords,with high frequencies of words such as acupuncture,glaucoma,blindness,and traditional Chinese medicine,forming 9 clusters.Conclusion TCM shows promising prospects in the prevention and treatment of optic atrophy and is closely related to other ophthalmic diseases.Current research mainly focuses on clinical studies,while further exploration and clarification of its mechanisms are still needed.
