孔源性视网膜脱离硅油填充术对眼部参数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨硅油填充对孔源性视网膜脱离患者眼部参数的影响。方法对16例孔源性视网膜脱离患者(16眼)用IOL master 700测量玻璃体切割术前、硅油取出术前其眼轴长度(AL)、前房深度(ACD)、晶状体厚度(LT)、角膜曲率(K1、K2)和中央角膜厚度(CCT),并对手术前后眼部参数进行对比分析。结果11例(68.75%)可顺利测出眼轴,患者术后AL较术前增加,术后ACD较术前减少,术后LT较术前增加。术前术后K1、K2、CCT差异均无统计学意义。结论孔源性视网膜脱离患者硅油填充术后,AL有所增加,ACD减小,LT增加,其结果对眼球屈光状态及眼压的影响需进一步的临床研究。Objective To observe the changes in ocular biometric measurements after vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)repair.Methods Sixteen eyes with RRD underwent vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade were included in this study.Measurements of axial length(AL),anterior chamber depth(ACD),lens thickness(LT),keratometry(K1/K2)and central corneal thickness(CCT)using the IOLMaster 700 and analyzed between preoperative and postoperative in the eyes with RRD.Results AL and ACD increased,ACD decreased and after a duration of silicone oil tamponade,postoperative K1,K2,CCT were no significant differences in all measurements.Conclusion Vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade for RRD effects AL(increase),ACD(decrease)and LT(increase),The effect of the results on ocular refraction and intraocular pressure needs further clinical study.
