芪明颗粒在眼病中的应用

摘　　要：芪明颗粒是由多种中药组成的一种中药制剂。多项试验发现该药品具有改善眼部血液循环、促进眼部营养代谢,抗炎减轻眼部炎症反应,以及提高眼部免疫功能的作用。目前芪明颗粒主要应用于糖尿病视网膜病变、干眼症、糖尿病性黄斑水肿、糖尿病微血管病变眼肾损害,尤其在治疗糖尿病视网膜病变方面效果突出。随着芪明颗粒的作用机制不断被挖掘,其在眼科领域的应用也愈加广泛。本文概述了目前芪明颗粒在眼科主要几种疾病的应用,供大家进一步了解和深入研究。Qiming Granules is a traditional Chinese medicine formulation composed of various herbs.Multiple experiments have shown that this medication has the effects of improving ocular blood circulation,promoting ocular nutritional metabolism,reducing inflammation and alleviating ocular inflammatory reactions,as well as enhancing ocular immune function.Currently,Qiming Granules are mainly applied to Diabetic retinopathy,Dry eye syndrome,Diabetic macular oedema,diabetic microangiopathy eye and kidney damage,its outstanding efficacy is particularly notable in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.As the mechanism of action of Qiming Granules continues to be explored,its application in the field of ophthalmology is becoming increasingly widespread.This article provides an overview of the current applications of Qiming Granules in several major ophthalmic diseases,offering further insights for understanding and in-depth research.
