摘 要:煤化工企业传统巡检方式存在流程繁琐、环境危险,隐患发现不及时等问题。为提高巡检质量、减少事故发生概率、保障员工生命安全,智能巡检技术已逐渐应用于煤化工厂的日常巡检工作中。主要针对某煤化工企业输煤皮带巡检需求,展开智能巡检机器人场景化应用的针对性设计,为智能巡检机器人在煤化工企业的推广应用提供参考,最后对化工企业智能巡检技术发展趋势进行展望。The traditional inspection methods of coal chemical enterprises have problems such as cumbersome processes,environmental hazards,and delayed detection of hidden dangers.In order to improve the quality of inspections,reduce the probability of accidents,and ensure the safety of employees,intelligent inspection technology has gradually been applied in the daily inspection work of coal chemical plants.Mainly targeting the inspection needs of coal conveyor belts in a coal chemical enterprise,targeted design of intelligent inspection robots for scenario based applications is carried out,providing reference for the promotion and application of intelligent inspection robots in coal chemical enterprises.Finally,the development trend of intelligent inspection technology in chemical enterprises is discussed.
