摘　　要：针对配电室传统人工巡检方式存在效率较低、劳动强度大、检测结果不准确等问题,通过分析配电室智能运维功能要求,提出了一种基于YOLO目标检测算法的智能巡检机器人方案,实现了对配电柜仪表的自动检测与巡检,完成了硬件系统和软件系统设计。采用轨道式布置形式合理利用配电室空间,降低了工人劳动强度,缩短了巡检周期。在山西某煤矿井上配电室应用后表明,配电室智能巡检机器人可代替3~5人完成配电室的巡检任务,降低了工人劳动强度、设备运维成本以及故障发生率。经过3个月的连续运行,提前发现故障15次,验证了方案设计的合理性和可行性。研究结论为后期实现配电室无人化提供了一定参考。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity and inaccurate detection results in the traditional manual inspection mode of the distribution room,an intelligent inspection robot scheme based on the YOLO target detection algorithm is proposed by analyzing the functional requirements of the intelligent operation and maintenance of the distribution room,which realizes the automatic detection and inspection of the instrument in the distribution cabinet,and completes the design of the hardware system and software system.The rail-type layout is adopted to make rational use of the space of the distribution room,reducing the labor intensity of workers and shortening the inspection cycle.The application in the distribution room of a coal mine in Shanxi shows that the intelligent inspection robot of the distribution room can replace 3~5 people to complete the inspection task of the distribution room,reducing the labor intensity of workers,equipment operation and maintenance costs and failure rate.After 3 months of continuous operation,15 faults were found in advance,which verified the rationality and feasibility of the scheme design.The research conclusion provides a certain reference for the later realization of unmanned distribution room.
