摘  要:面向变频器调节型电源模块的预充功能,提出了一种基于双环路反馈控制和模糊自适应PID控制相结合的优化设计方案。该方案首先采用双闭环控制结构,通过引入前馈补偿和动态调整机制,提高了预充控制的平稳性;其次,设计了模糊自适应PID控制策略,通过模糊推理和参数自适应调整,实现了预充过程的安全性。结果表明,所提预充优化方案能有效改善预充性能,提高系统可靠性,具有良好的应用前景。This paper focuses on the pre-charge function of variable frequency converter regulating power modules and proposes an optimized design scheme that combines dual-loop feedback control with fuzzy adaptive PID control.Firstly,the scheme adopts a dual closed-loop control structure and enhances the stability of pre-charge control by introducing feedforward compensation and dynamic adjustment mechanisms.Secondly,a fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy is designed,which realizes the safety of the pre-charge process through fuzzy reasoning and parameter self-adaptive adjustment.The results demonstrate that the proposed pre-charge optimization scheme can effectively improve pre-charge performance and enhance system reliability,showing a promising application prospect.
