摘  要:在大型油浸式电力变压器的健康管理中,变压器油中溶解气体的精准检测技术发挥非常重要的作用,尤其是在早期发现潜在故障方面。该技术可以更好地保证变压器绝缘性能的稳定性。其中,气体传感器在整个技术体系中发挥实时监管的作用,是该检测的技术核心。旨在探索一种全新的水热法工艺,结合高质量的金属氧化锌(ZnO)薄膜材料,同时运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)2种专业分析技术,对ZnO薄膜的微观形态及其晶体结构进行全面分析。凸显所制备材料在基础性能方面的优异性,并为后续实验工作的开展做好充足准备。In the health management of large oil-immersed power transformers,the precise detection technology of dissolved gases in transformer oil plays a very important role,especially in the early detection of potential faults.This technology can better ensure the stability of the insulation performance of the transformer.Among them,the gas sensor plays the role of real-time monitoring in the entire technical system and is the technical core of this detection.The aim is to explore a new hydrothermal process,combined with high-quality metal zinc oxide(ZnO)thin film materials,and at the same time use two professional analysis techniques,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),to comprehensively analyze the microstructure and crystal structure of ZnO thin films.Highlight the superiority of the prepared materials in terms of basic performance,and make sufficient preparations for the subsequent experimental work.
