摘　　要：抑郁症是艾滋病(human immunodficiency virus,HIV)感染者最常见的继发性并发症,严重影响患者的服药依从性和生活质量,其发病机制与炎症密切相关,而免疫异常激活及持续性炎症又是HIV最主要的特征,两者之间关系密切,通过抑制免疫异常激活,减轻炎症反应可以对HIV抑郁症起到治疗作用,但既往的西医治疗却忽略了两者之间的内在联系。中医免疫观认为“脾为之卫,在志为思”,HIV病程进展、抑郁症的发生,均与脾密切相关,通过健运脾胃,匡扶正气,可以达到调节和增强机体免疫的双重作用,对艾滋病抑郁症起到很好的治疗效果。因此,该文对两者之间的内在联系进行探讨,以期为临床治疗提供思路。Depression is the most common secondary complication of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection,which seriously affects the medication compliance and quality of life of patients.Its pathogenesis is closely related to inflammation,and abnormal immune activation and persistent inflammation are the main characteristics of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS).There is a close relationship between the two.However,the previous western medical treatment has ignored the internal relationship between the two.According to the concept of immunity in traditional Chinese medicine,“spleen is mainly responsible for the body′s defense function and thinking”.The progression of AIDS and the occurrence of depression are closely related to pleen.Therefore,this article discussed the internal relationship between them in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment.
