摘 要:针对无机闪烁体探测器固有延时较长、高精度测试困难等不利于核事件高精度准确定时的问题,提出了一种基于60 Co级联伽马射线和快响应有机闪烁体探测器符合测量固有延时的方法,并搭建了测试系统。针对LaBr_(3):Ce闪烁体探测器使用场景提出了起跳时刻定时的方法对测试数据进行分析。结果表明:LaBr_(3):Ce闪烁体探测器的固有延时测量值为32.9 ns,系统测量不确定度为0.71 ns(k=2);固有延时修正值为33.18 ns,定时精度为2.36 ns(k=2)。该测量方法逻辑清晰、系统简洁,能够获取精度较高的无机闪烁体探测器固有延时参数及其定时精度,尤其适用于LaBr_(3):Ce封装类无机闪烁体探测器固有延时的整体高精度测试,可为无机闪烁体探测器高精度准确定时应用提供关键数据支撑。Inorganic scintillation detectors has a longer inherent delay.And it is difficult to measure the inherent delay with high accuracy,which is not conducive to high-precision and accurate timing of nuclear events.In this paper,a method based on 60 Co cascaded gamma ray and fast response organic scintillation detector is proposed to measure the inherent delay of coincidence method,and a test system is built.Aiming at the use scenario of LaBr_(3):Ce scintillation detector,a take-off time timing method is proposed to analyze the test data.The results show that the inherent delay measurement value of LaBr_(3):Ce scintillation detector is 32.9 ns,and the system measurement uncertainty is 0.71 ns(k=2).The inherent delay correction value is 33.18 ns,and the timing accuracy is 2.36 ns(k=2).Using this method,the inherent delay parameters of inorganic scintillation detector with high precision can be obtained.This method is especially suitable for the overall high precision test of the inherent delay of LaBr_(3):Ce inorganic scintillation detector.It can provide key data support for high precision and accurate timing application of inorganic scintillation detector.
