摘　　要：疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)医保支付制度的推行,新疆地区试点医院高压氧科出现了病源量减少的情况,学科发展受到了影响,高压氧专业在改革中呈现出较大的脆弱性。本研究通过阐述DRGs的功能及新疆地区试点医院的高压氧专业在DRGs改革中暴露出的脆弱性的原因,即高压氧在学科建设中存在的问题,提出应对DRGs全面推广实施后高压氧学科建设的建议,为新疆地区及国内高压氧学科DRGs改革发展提供一些帮助。With the implementation of the medical insurance payment system based on Diagnosis Related Groups(DRGs),the number of patients in the hyperbaric oxygen department of the pilot hospitals in Xinjiang has declined,which has affected the development of the specialty.The hyperbaric oxygen specialty has shown a great vulnerability in the reform.Through elaborating on the functions of DRGs and analyzing the reasons for the vulnerability of hyperbaric oxygen specialty during the DRGs reforms,i.e.,the problems existing in the specialty construction of hyperbaric oxygen,this study provided several suggestions to facilitate the construction of hyperbaric oxygen specialty after the comprehensive promotion and implementation of DRGs,aiming to provide some assistance for Xinjiang and other areas in China on the advancement and reform of hyperbaric oxygen specialty according to DRGs.
