摘  要:科学实验和生产实践中经常研究变量间的关系,获得相关变量的不规则的散点数据,多数情况下,这些变量之间的函数关系是未知的。本文通过泰勒展开给出了通用的函数公式,并尝试通过拟合获得相关系数(通常只选取部分最有效的加和项系数作拟合),使公式能很好地适应数据。获得能适应数据的合适的泰勒展开式,即是获得了变量之间的函数关系,将给研究和使用带来极大方便。本文研究了GH4169插铣刀具寿命的泰勒展开模型,验证了泰勒展开式预测结果优于插值和RBF网络预测结果。GH4169插铣刀具寿命的泰勒展开模型是三元函数,为便于研究,固定两个参数,只研究一个参数变化对刀具寿命的影响,所获得的规律与文献的研究结果相符。In scientific experiments and production practice,the relationship between variables is often studied,and irregular scattered data of related variables are obtained.In most cases,the functional relationship between these variables is unknown.This article provides a universal function formula through Taylor expansion and attempts to obtain correlation coefficients through fitting(usually only selecting some of the most effective summation coefficients for fitting),so that the formula can adapt well to the data.Obtaining a suitable Taylor expansion that can adapt to the data,that is,obtaining the functional relationship between variables,will bring great convenience to research and use.This article studies the Taylor expansion model of GH4169 Plunge Milling tool life,and verifies that the Taylor expansion prediction results are superior to interpolation and RBF network prediction results.The Taylor expansion model for the tool life of GH4169 Plunge Milling is a ternary function.To facilitate research,two parameters are fixed and only one parameter change is studied to investigate the impact on tool life.The obtained law is consistent with the research results in the literature.
