益髓生血膏辅助治疗结直肠癌术后化疗患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益髓生血膏对结直肠癌患者术后化疗所致骨髓抑制的影响。方法:选取结直肠癌术后进行化疗的患者102例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各51例。对照组予XELOX方案(奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨)化疗;治疗组在对照组基础上联合使用益髓生血膏。以3周为1个周期,共进行6个周期的治疗。比较两组治疗前后骨髓抑制情况、卡氏功能评分(KPS)和生活质量(QLQ-CR38)评分情况。结果:第6周期化疗后,治疗组骨髓抑制发生率(80.39%)较对照组(100%)明显下降(P﹤0.05),治疗组KPS评分、QLQ评分均较对照组升高(P﹤0.05)。结论:益髓生血膏辅助治疗结直肠癌术后化疗患者疗效较好,可明显降低骨髓抑制发生率,维持并提高患者生活质量,减少化疗不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yisui Shengxue soft extract on myelosuppression caused by postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.Methods:102 cases of patients with postoperative and chemotherapy-undergone colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated by XELOX chemotherapeutic regimen(oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine),while the treatment group was treated plus with Yishui Shengxue soft extract on the basis of control group.3 weeks were taken as a cycle,and the treatment was undergone for a total of 6 cycles.Myelosuppression,Karnofsky performance status scale(KPS)and quality of life questionnaire module(QLQ-CR38)were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:After the sixth cycle of chemotherapy,the incidence rate of myelosuppression in the treatment group was 80.39%,which was significantly lower than 100%in the control group(P﹤0.05);and KPS score and QLQ score of treatment group were higher than those of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Yisui Shengxue soft extract for adjuvant treatment of postoperative and chemotherapy-undergone colorectal cancer is better,which can significantly reduce the incidence rate of myelosuppression,maintain and improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the chemotherapy-induced adverse reactions.
