摘  要:“有理想”是新时代青年极为重要的优秀品质,也是学校落实立德树人根本任务的新要求。“有理想”对青年成长发展具有重要的价值,是青年形成优良思想品德的内在要求,是青年掌握丰富知识的动力源泉,是青年具有担当本领的重要保证。青年“有理想”的内涵体现为青春梦和中国梦的有机统一、阶段理想与远大理想的接力奋斗、理想确立与理想实践的同向发力等。新时代青年理想培育是一个系统工程,包括加强思政课的引领作用,夯实青年理想确立的理论基础;挖掘各门课程蕴含的教育元素,发挥课程思政对青年理想的涵育作用;开展好各种日常主题教育,激发青年形成坚定理想信念;充分发挥先进典型引领作用,为青年理想选择提供示范。“Having ideals”is an extremely important excellent quality for young people in the new era,and it is also The strategic requirements of school moral cultivation.Having ideals has important value for the growth and development of young people,is an inherent requirement for them to form good moral character,is a driving force for them to master rich knowledge,and is an important guarantee for them to have the ability to take responsibility.The essential provision of“having ideals”in youth is reflected in the bidirectional generation of the youth dream and the Chinese dream,the relay struggle between realistic goals and lofty ideals,and the simultaneous efforts of establishing and practicing ideals.The cultivation of ideals for young people in the new era is a systematic project that requires multidimensional efforts,including strengthening the leading role of ideological and political courses,and consolidating the theoretical foundation for young people to establish correct ideals;Digging into the educational resources contained in various courses,and leveraging the role of ideological and political education in the curriculum in nurturing the ideals of young people;Carry out various daily theme education activities to inspire young people to form firm ideals and beliefs;Give full play to the leading role of advanced models and provide demonstrations for young people to establish correct ideals.
