摘　　要：多年来,口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)的治疗方法在不断发展进步,但目前OSCC的5年生存率仍在50%~68%。OSCC的传统治疗方式常伴随严重不良反应。光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)能选择性作用于病损,对正常组织损伤小,产生瘢痕小,并发症少,已成为多种头颈部及皮肤黏膜疾病的治疗选择。同时,PDT对OSCC也有一定的治疗效果,可以独立治疗早期OSCC,有效率较高,还可以辅助治疗晚期或复发难治性OSCC,进行局部病灶控制。本综述从细胞学、动物和临床研究方面,对PDT治疗各阶段OSCC的最新进展进行阐述,系统讨论了PDT在OSCC治疗中的应用。The treatments of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)has undergone continuous development over the years.However,the 5-year survival rate for advanced OSCC remains 50%-68%.Conventional therapies for OSCC frequently result in adverse effects.Photodynamic therapy(PDT)selectively focuses on the affected region,causing minimal damage to normal tissue,resulting in minimal scarring,and presenting few complications.Consequently,PDT has become a treatment option for a variety of head,neck tumors and skin mucosal diseases.Meanwhile,PDT has certain therapeutic effects on OSCC.For early OSCC,it can be used as an independent treatment method with a relatively high effectiveness rate.For advanced or recurrent OSCC,PDT can be used as an auxiliary treatment to control local lesions.In this review,the latest progress of PDT in the treatment of OSCC was systematically reviewed from the aspects of cytology,animal and clinical studies,and clinical application.
