摘 要:针对超高压阀门螺栓疲劳断裂失效问题,提出了一种基于断裂力学的超高压螺栓疲劳寿命分析方法,并以某型超高压放空阀螺栓疲劳寿命分析为实例,介绍了基于传统的S-N疲劳设计曲线和基于断裂力学的超高压螺栓疲劳寿命分析方法的具体分析过程。结果表明,传统S-N疲劳设计曲线法以相同应力特征下的高强度钢疲劳试样裂纹萌生至1 mm的循环次数为螺栓的疲劳寿命,而基于断裂力学的疲劳寿命分析方法以实际超高压放空阀螺栓裂纹扩展至6.725 mm时总循环数的一半为螺栓的疲劳寿命;对于采用高强度钢材料的超高压阀门螺栓,相较于普通中低压阀门螺栓常用的基于裂纹萌生失效准则的S-N疲劳设计曲线法,基于断裂力学的疲劳寿命分析方法更加精确,更能满足工程需要。研究为合理预测超高压阀门螺栓疲劳寿命提供了一种新方法。In response to the problem of fatigue fracture failure of ultra-high pressure valve bolts,a fatigue life analysis method based on fracture mechanics was proposed,and taking the fatigue life analysis of a certain type of ultra-high pressure vent valve bolt as an example,the specific analysis process of fatigue life analysis method of ultrahigh bolts based on the traditional S-N fatigue design curve and based on fracture mechanics was introduced.The comparative analysis results show that:The traditional S-N fatigue design curve method takes the number of cycles of crack initiation to 1mm of the high strength steel fatigue sample as the fatigue life,while the fatigue life analysis method based on fracture mechanics takes half of the total number of cycles when the crack propagation of the actual ultrahigh pressure vent valve bolt to 6.725 mm as the fatigue life of the bolt;For ultra-high pressure valve bolts made of high strength steel,compared with S-N fatigue design curve method based on crack initiation failure criteria commonly used for ordinary medium and low pressure valve bolts,the fatigue life analysis method based on fracture mechanics is more accurate,more able to meet engineering requirements.The research provides a new method for reasonable prediction of fatigue life of ultra-high pressure valve bolts.
