针刺联合高压氧中西医综合治疗突聋的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合高压氧联合治疗特发性突聋的临床疗效。方法:将80例特发性突聋患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,2组均给予中西医结合药物治疗,治疗组加用针刺和高压氧治疗。比较2组治疗前后的平均听阈、临床疗效、耳鸣障碍量表(THI)、耳鸣严重程度评估量表(TEQ)量化评分。结果:2组的平均听阈均优于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组平均听阈提高程度优于对照组且差值有统计学意义(P=0.010)。对照组有效率55.0%,治疗组为77.5%,治疗组的临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.530,P=0.030)。对照组治疗前后TEQ、THI评分无统计学差异,而治疗组治疗后TEQ、THI改善有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合高压氧综合治疗特发性突聋可有效减轻耳鸣,提高听力和临床有效率。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of idiopathic sudden deafness.Methods:Total 80 patients with idiopathic sudden deafness were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine drug treatment,while the treatment group also received acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The average hearing threshold,clinical efficacy,Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),and Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire(TEQ)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The average hearing thresholds of both groups were improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.010).The effective rate was 55.0%in the control group and 77.5%in the treatment group,with the clinical effective rate in the treatment group being higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.530,P=0.030).There was no statistically significant difference in TEQ and THI scores before and after treatment in the control group,while there was a statistically significant improvement in TEQ and THI scores after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the integrated treatment of idiopathic sudden deafness can effectively alleviate tinnitus symptoms,improve hearing levels,and increase the clinical effective rate.
