摘 要:为减小电机械制动器制动过程中产生的振动,提出了一种在闸瓦上附加消音片的减振措施.通过在MATLAB/Simulink中设计信号采集程序,利用激光位移传感器和振动加速度传感器进行信号采集,并通过基于LabVIEW平台设计的小波阈值滤波程序进行数据处理,随后开展了制动器附加消音片减振实验.实验结果显示随着消音片数量的增加,制动器的制动距离显著增加,这表明附加消音片能够模拟弹簧的形变过程,从而有效减小振动.研究结果不仅验证了消音片抑制制动振动的有效性,还为电机械制动器的性能优化提供了理论和实验基础.In order to reduce the vibration generated during the braking process of the electro-mechanical brake,a vibration reduction measure is proposed by attaching a silencer to the brake tile.By designing the signal acquisition procedure in MATLAB/Simulink,the laser displacement sensor and vibration acceleration sensor are used for signal acquisition,and the wavelet threshold filtering procedure designed based on LabVIEW platform is used for data processing.Subsequently,the experiments of vibration reduction by additional silencer pads for brakes were carried out,and the experimental results show that the braking distance of the brake increases signifi-cantly with the increase of the number of silencer pads,which indicates that the additional silencer pads can simu-late the deformation process of the spring,thus effectively reducing the vibration.This study not only verifies the effectiveness of silencing pads in suppressing brake vibration,but also provides a theoretical and experimental basis for optimizing the performance of electro-mechanical brakes.
