摘 要:基于OBE教育理念的师范生课堂教学技能评价指标体系,结合基础教育课程改革中核心素养的不同水平层次,将地理课堂教学技能从时间维度分为教学准备、教学过程和教学结束三个阶段共22个指标,每个指标划分为三个水平层次.该指标体系为地理师范生课堂技能的进阶训练提供了明确的依据,有利于教师对学生进行有针对性地指导,促进师范生课堂教学技能水平个性化的发展.Under the valuation index system of normal students'classroom teaching skills based on Outcomes-based Education,combined with the different levels of core literacy in the curriculum reform of basic education,the geography classroom teaching skills were divided into three stages:teaching preparation,teaching process and teach-ing end,with 22 indicators.Each indicator was divided into three levels.The index system provided a clear basis for the advanced training of classroom skills of geography normal students,which was conducive to teachers'targeted guidance to students and promoted the individualized development of classroom teaching skills of normal students.
