摘　　要：本文以福建省地方标准DB35/T 1222—2020《闽北水仙茶栽培技术规范》实施效果评估为例,通过构建评估体系、确定指标权重、分析评估数据等方式对标准实施效果评估的方法进行探索研究,针对在评估过程中发现的问题进行分析并提出建议,为福建省地方标准实施效果评估方法的建立和实践应用提供有益参考。Taking the evaluation of the implementation effect of the Fujian provincial local standard DB35/T 1222—2020 Technical specification for cultivation of Shuixian Tea in North Fujian as an example,this paper explores and studies the methods of evaluating the implementation effect of standards by constructing an evaluation system,determining indicator weights,and analyzing evaluation data.It analyzes the problems found in the evaluation process and puts forward suggestions,providing a useful reference for the establishment and practical application of the evaluation method for the implementation effect of Fujian provincial local standards.
