摘  要:医用乳腺X射线辐射源是对乳腺软组织进行成像,从而帮助医务人员进行乳腺疾病诊断的仪器。乳房腺体组织是辐射敏感组织,X射线的使用在提高乳腺癌检出率的同时也随着剂量的增大从而增加了乳腺癌的发病风险。因此,对医用乳腺X射线辐射源的平均腺体剂量(AGD)的测量尤为重要。本文对国内外现行技术文件有关乳腺X射线辐射源的辐射剂量测量方法及影响因素进行综述,并研究了诊断水平剂量计放置压迫板不同测量位置对测量结果的影响。The medical X-ray radiation sources for mammographic equipment is an instrument used to image breast soft tissue,assisting medical professionals in the diagnosis of breast diseases.Breast glandular tissue is radiation-sensitive,and while the use of X-rays improves the detection rate of breast cancer,it also increases the risk of developing breast cancer with increasing doses.Therefore,the measurement of the average glandular dose(AGD)from medical mammography radiation sources is particularly important.This article investigates different technical documents on the methods and requirements for measuring average glandular dose,as well as the impact of dosimeter placement on measurement results.
