单板胶合木的生产工艺及特点综述

摘　　要：近年来,使用大尺寸工程木建造的中高层木结构建筑发展迅速,这不仅推动了大尺寸工程木产业的发展,而且促进了单板胶合木等新产品的研发和生产。正交胶合木(CLT)和层板胶合木(GLT)是当前主要的大尺寸工程木产品,两者均以锯材为层板加工而成;而单板胶合木则是以单板生产的单板层积材为层板制造的。单板胶合木不仅性能良好,可完全替代CLT和直线形GLT柱及梁等在木结构建筑中使用,而且在木材原料来源、木材利用率、产品结构设计灵活性等方面展现出其独特的优势。本文简介了单板胶合木的发展情况,并以美国Freres公司研发生产的单板胶合木为例,介绍了该产品的生产工艺,并讨论了其特点和性能。The rapid development of medium-and high-rise wood buildings has propelled the mass timber industry,fostering innovations such as veneer-based glued laminated timber(VGLT).Unlike traditional glued laminated timber(GLT)and cross laminated timber(CLT)that utilize dimension lumber,VGLT employs laminated veneer lumber as its core component.VGLT not only matches but often surpasses traditional lumber-based products in terms of material efficiency,wood recovery,and design flexibility.This article provides an overview of VGLT development,with a focus on mass ply products(MPP)by Freres Engineered Wood.It details the manufacturing process and highlights the distinct characteristics and advantages of this innovative timber product.
