摘　　要：随着我国重载铁路的不断扩建和完善,重载铁路运输面临着日益复杂的管理和调度问题,需要依靠大量数据来支持决策。针对我国重载铁路现有数据管理体系的不足,提出了一种用于建立和管理重载铁路元数据体系的方法,基于重载铁路的特点,探讨元数据的制定原则和规范,详细阐述重载铁路元数据的设计方案与实例,并提出将元数据用于生产应用的数据建模流程方法,以及可持续维护元数据的生命周期管理流程规划。通过详实的元数据制定规范与管理流程,为重载铁路元数据的建立和管理提供了标准化指导,不仅提升了数据管理的效率和质量,还为重载铁路的智能化、数字化运营奠定了坚实的基础。With the continuous expansion and improvement of China’s heavy haul-railways,the management and scheduling of heavy-haul railway transportation have faced increasingly complex challenges,requiring extensive data support for decision-making.In response to the shortcomings of the current data management system in China’s heavy-haul railway sector,a method of establishing and managing metadata systems for heavy-haul railways was proposed.Based on the characteristics of heavyhaul railways,this paper explored the principles and standards for metadata creation,elaborated on the design schemes and examples of heavy-haul railway metadata,and provided a process method of data modeling using metadata in production applications,along with a lifecycle management plan for the sustainable maintenance of metadata.By formulating metadata standards and management processes,this paper offered standardized guidance for the establishment and management of heavy-haul railway metadata,enhancing the efficiency and quality of data management and laying a solid foundation for the intelligent and digital operation of heavy-haul railways.
