摘　　要：孤立性纤维性肿瘤是一种起源于间叶组织的罕见肿瘤,它可以发生在全身的不同部位,常见于胸膜,骶前是相对少见的发病部位。笔者团队收治了1例因腰背部胀痛前来就诊的骶前孤立性纤维性肿瘤患者,采用经骶尾入路进行手术切除治疗,肿瘤得以整块切除。术后1个月随访时,患者的总体恢复情况良好。本文报告该患者的临床诊疗过程并结合孤立性纤维性肿瘤的相关文献进行分析,与同道交流。Solitary fibrous tumor(SFT)is a rare tumor originating from mesenchymal tissue,which can occur in various parts of the body,most commonly in the pleura,with the presacral area being a relatively uncommon site.Our team treated a patient with presacral SFT presenting with low back pain and swelling.The tumor was resected en bloc via the transsacrococcygeal approach.At the one-month postoperative follow-up,the patient’s overall recovery was good.This article reports the clinical diagnosis,treatment,and outcome of this patient,and discusses relevant literature on SFT for exchange with colleagues.
