神经调控疗法治疗大便失禁的研究进展

摘　　要：大便失禁定义为固体或液体粪便的不自主溢漏或排出,严重影响患者的生活质量和心理健康,治疗目标是降低大便失禁发作的频率和减轻其严重程度,提高患者的生活质量。目前神经调控疗法在大便失禁中应用广泛,主要有神经肌肉电刺激,包括骶神经刺激、胫神经刺激、阴部神经刺激、阴蒂或阴茎背神经刺激,以及磁刺激、电针等,本文就神经调控疗法在大便失禁中的研究进展展开综述。Fecal incontinence(FI)is defined as the involuntary leakage or discharge of solid or liquid feces,severely impacting patients’quality of life,physical health,and mental well-being.The treatment objective is to decrease the frequency and severity of FI episodes and enhance patients’quality of life.Currently,neuromodulation therapies are widely applied in the treatment of FI,primarily including neuromuscular electrical stimulation such as sacral nerve stimulation,tibial nerve stimulation,pudendal nerve stimulation,dorsal nerve stimulation of the clitoris or penis,as well as magnetic stimulation and electroacupuncture.This article reviews the research progress of neuromodulation in the treatment of fecal incontinence.
