摘  要:财务管理学是经管类核心课程,具有很强的实践性和可操作性,课堂教学方法的选择直接关系到教学质量和学生对知识的理解和运用程度。教学实践显示传统的教学方法已经不能适应当代经济发展的高质量人才需求,必须不断改革教学方法和教学模式,培养适应现代企业管理的高质量复合型人才,才能满足社会对财务管理人才的高质量需求。本文从教学实践出发,以OBE教学理念为基础,运用课程案例式、启发式和探究式等多元化教学方法对传统教学方法进行优化,使学生从被动学习变为自主学习,提高了学生的学习积极性和主动性,取得较好的改革效果,为财务管理专业开展案例教学提供参考。"Financial Management"is a core course in economics and management major,with strong practicality and operability.The choice of classroom teaching methods is directly related to the quality of teaching and the level of understanding and application of knowledge by students.Teaching practice has shown that traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the demand for high-quality talents in contemporary economic development.It is necessary to continuously reform teaching methods and models,cultivate high-quality composite talents that are suitable for modern enterprise management,and meet the high-quality demand for financial management talents in society.Starting from teaching practice and based on the OBE education concept,the article optimizes traditional teaching methods using diversified teaching methods such as case-based method,heuristics,and explorations,enabling students to shift from passive learning to self-directed learning.This has improved their learning enthusiasm and initiative,achieving good reform results,and providing reference for case teaching in financial management major.
