摘　　要：机器人立体定向放射治疗系统通过安装在六关节工业机器人机械臂上的一套紧凑型X波段6 MV直线加速器,从多个角度对肿瘤实施精准照射,并通过一对正交X射线成像系统提供治疗摆位和治疗过程中的图像引导。考虑其与常规医用直线加速器质量保证方法的差异,由国家癌症中心/国家肿瘤质控中心提出,多家医疗单位共同参与制定了本指南。本指南为临床应用的机器人立体定向放射治疗系统CyberKnife(CK)做了整体的功能概述,给出了临床应用CK系统的组织和机构建立人员、设备、技术流程、操作规范及文档记录等方面的质量保证要求,为CK系统的全面质量保证方案提供指导。The robotic stereotactic radiotherapy system,consisting of a compact X-band linear accelerator mounted on a six-joint industrial robotic manipulator arm,can deliver precise irradiation to tumors from multiple angles.It also provides image guidance for the treatment positioning and monitoring through two orthogonal X-ray imaging systems.Given the differences in quality assurance methods compared to conventional medical linear accelerators,a guideline was proposed by the National Cancer Center/National Cancer Quality Control Center,with the participation of several medical institutions.This guideline offers a functional overview of the clinically applied robotic stereotactic radiotherapy system--CyberKnife(CK).It specifies the quality assurance requirements for organizations and institutions,covering aspects such as personnel,equipment,technical procedures,operational specifications and documentation necessary for the clinical application of CK system.Additionally,it serves as a comprehensive guide for establishing a quality assurance program for CK system.
