摘　　要：神经病理性疼痛是临床常见病、多发病,严重影响患者生活质量,但神经病理性疼痛治疗是临床难点。本指南专家组依据国内外近10年来发表的神经病理性疼痛诊疗高质量循证医学研究证据,经严格论证和专家投票,对常见的神经病理性疼痛治疗方法形成推荐意见,旨在为神经病理性疼痛规范诊疗提供参考。Neuropathic pain is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice,and seriously affects patients'quality of life.However,the treatment of neuropathic pain is a clinical challenge.Based on high quality evidence-based medical research on the diagnosis and treatment of neuropathic pain published domestically and internationally in the past 10 years,the expert group has formed recommendations for common treatment methods through rigorous argumentation and expert voting,to provide references for standardized diagnosis and treatment of neuropathic pain.
