摘  要:神经病理性疼痛(NP)是由躯体感觉神经系统病变或疾病引起的一种慢性疼痛状态,其发病机制复杂多变,临床治疗仍面临挑战。随着对二肽基肽酶4(DPP4)进行深入的研究,DPP4及其生物活性底物通过调控炎症反应,广泛参与免疫调节、代谢和神经功能,尤其在神经炎症方面的作用逐渐得到认识,因此它有望成为NP治疗药物开发的新靶点。本文通过简要综述DPP4及其生物活性底物在NP中的作用及潜在机制,以期为NP的进一步研究和治疗提供思路。Neuropathic pain(NP)is a chronic pain state caused by lesions or diseases of the somatosensory nervous system,with complex and variable pathogenesis,and clinical treatment challenges.With in-depth studies on dipeptidyl peptidase 4(DPP4),its role and bioactive substrates are increasingly recognized,in immune modulation,metabolism,and neural functions of regulation of inflammation,especially the neuroinflammation.DPP4 is expected to become a new target for the development of drugs to treatment of NP.This article provides a brief overview of the role,the potential mechanisms and the bioactive substrates of DPP4 in NP,to offer ideas for further research and treatment of NP.
