摘　　要：胸部SMARCA4缺失型未分化肿瘤(SMARCA4-UT)是一种罕见的侵袭性肿瘤,好发于中老年男性吸烟者,该肿瘤的主要特征是SMARCA4基因的表达缺失。大多数患者就诊时已处于病程晚期,SMARCA4-UT化疗多无效,病程进展极快,中位生存期约为半年。^(18)F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET/CT显像对于反映病灶影像特点、判断分期以及评估预后有着重要作用。笔者报道了1例SMARCA4-UT伴胃转移的病例,从临床症状、^(18)F-FDG PET/CT图像、组织病理学检查及预后等方面分析该病特点,为临床提供相关资料参考。Thoracic SMARCA4-deficient undifferentiated tumor(SMARCA4-UT)is a rare invasive tumor that is more common in middle-aged and elderly male smokers,the main feature of the tumor is the loss of expression of the SMARCA4 gene.Most patients are already in the late stage of the disease when they seek treatment,and chemotherapy is often ineffective,the disease progresses rapidly,and the median survival time is about six months.^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG)PET/CT imaging plays an important role in reflecting the imaging characteristics,staging,and prognosis of lesions.The authors reported a case of the thoracic SMARCA4-UT with gastric metastasis,and analyzed the characteristics of the disease from clinical symptoms,^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging,histopathological examination,and prognosis,in order to provide relevant information for clinical reference.
