摘　　要：INTRODUCTION.Obesity presents significant challenges in laparoscopic surgery.Traditionally,laparoscopic procedures are considered difficult for patients with obesity,with evidence indicating longer operating times,increased blood loss,extended recovery periods and higher rates of complications,including a greater likelihood of converting to laparotomy.
