摘  要:目的探究不同程度单眼近视性屈光参差(UMA)的儿童配戴角膜塑形镜(OK)后眼压、角膜地形图参数的变化。方法选取抚州市中医医院2022年4月-2023年5月收治的60例不同程度UMA患儿作为主要研究对象,依据双眼屈光参差程度分为高度屈光参差组、中度屈光参差组和低度屈光参差组,对三组患儿佩戴OK镜前后的眼压和模拟曲率差值(Sim K)、角膜中央厚度(CCT)、角膜前表面平坦的角膜曲率半径(A-FK)、顶点切线曲率(ATC)的角膜地形图参数进行对比。结果6个月后,三组眼压差组间和组内的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),三组CCT、Sim K差值、A-FK、ATC水平均较前降低(P<0.05),其中单因素ANOIVA检验结果显示,三组A-FK水平具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论不同程度单眼近视性屈光参差的儿童配戴角膜塑形镜可以影响角膜地形图参数,降低Sim K差值和CCT、A-FK、ATC水平,对眼压没有明显影响。Objective To investigate the changes of intraocular pressure and corneal topographic map parameters in children with different degrees of monocular myopic anisometropia(UMA)after wearing orthokeratography(OK).Methods A total of 60 UMA children with different degrees treated in Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the main subjects.According to the degree of binocular anisometropia,they were divided into high anisometropia group,moderate anisometropia group and low anisometropia group.The corneal topographic map parameters of iOP and simulated curvature difference(Sim K),central corneal thickness(CCT),corneal radius of curvature(A-FK)and vertex tangential curvature(ATC)were compared before and after wearing OK mirror.Results After 6 months,there was no statistical significance in intraocular pressure difference between and within the three groups(P>0.05),and the CCT,Sim K difference,A-FK and ATC levels of the three groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and the single-factor ANOIVA test results showed that the A-FK levels of the three groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with different degrees of monocular myopic anisometropia,wearing orthokeratology lenses can affect corneal topographic map parameters,reduce Sim K difference and CCT,A-FK,ATC levels,and have no significant effect on IOP.
