摘  要:目的调查北京市西城区放射性职业危害因素分布与应急资源分布状况,为本地区放射防护管理和突发辐射安全事件应急处置提供科学依据。方法以西城区辖区内辐射源应用单位为对象,收集2021年1月-2021年12月实际应用辐射源及辐射应急资源数据,使用统一表格,由调查人员与被调查单位对接,将调查数据录入信息系统,以SPSSPRO软件进行统计分析,依据有关法规和技术标准进行评价。结果截至2021年12月,北京市西城区辐射源应用单位143家,涉及放射工作场所点位906个,其中:医用射线装置797台、密封源45个、非密封源场所点位64个;非医用射线装置45台、密封源1个、非密封源场所点位3个。Ⅱ类射线装置(χ^(2)=125.07,P<0.01)及放射源(χ^(2)=53.21,P<0.01)设备分布差异有统计学意义,效应量化分析显示Ⅱ类射线装置与医院级别差异性最为显著,分布以三级医疗机构为主。西城区设有基本的公共卫生应急体系,本区辐射源应用单位和区级放射卫生机构配置有128台辐射监测设备。结论北京市西城区辐射风险点位较多,辐射源种类和数量分布复杂,应持续进行规范化管理,进一步加强辐射应急体系的建设。Objective To investigate and understand the radiation risk factors and the distribution of radiation monitoring and health emergency resources in Xicheng district of Beijing,so as to provide scientific basis for the regulation of radiological protection management and emergency response in this area.Methods The Xicheng District Center for Disease Control and Prevention collects the actual applied radiation sources from January 2021 to December 2021 and radiation emergency resources data based on the radiation source application units within its jurisdiction.We will use a unified form for data collection and entry,and deploy surveyors to work with the investigated units.The collected data will be entered into the information system.We will conduct statistical analysis using SPSSPRO software,and evaluate the results based on relevant regulations and technical standards.Results By the end of December in 2021,there were 143 radiation source application units in Xicheng District of Beijing,involving 906 radiation workplace points,including 797 medical radiation devices,45 sealed sources and 64 unsealed sources.There were 45 non-medical radiation devices,1 sealed source and 3 nonsealed source sites.There was significant difference in the distribution of Class II radiation devices(χ^(2)=125.07,P<0.01)and radioactive sources(χ^(2)=53.21,P<0.01).The effect quantification analysis showed that there was the most significant difference between Class II radiation devices and hospital levels,with a predominance of Class III medical institutions.There is a basic public health emergency response system in Xicheng District,and 128 radiation monitoring devices are equipped for radiation source application units and regional radiological health institutions in the district.Conclusion There are many radiation risk points in Xicheng District of Beijing,and the types and quantities of radiation sources are complex.It is necessary to continue standardized management and further strengthen the construction of radiation emergency syste
