摘 要:目的探讨新媒体与PACS影像工作站在三年制临床医学专业(乡医定向)医学影像教学中的应用效果。方法选取首都医科大学三年制临床医学专业(乡医定向)2020级和2021级的学生共计58人。其中,2020级乙组及丙组学生28人作为对照组,2020级甲组及2021级学生30人作为观察组,通过理论考试、阅片技能考试和问卷调查,对比分析采用传统教学模式和新媒体结合PACS影像工作站教学模式的教学效果。结果在教师队伍无显著差别的情况下,使用新媒体与PACS影像工作站教学模式的学生理论考试成绩、阅片技能考试成绩及学习效果问卷调查得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新媒体与PACS影像工作站的结合使用,能够提高三年制临床医学专业(乡医定向)的医学影像教学质量,使学生更好地掌握医学影像诊断技能。Objective To investigate the application effect of new media and PACS imaging workstation in the teaching of medical imaging in the three-year clinical medicine specialty(rural medicine orientation).Methods A total of 58 students from the 2020 and 2021 grades of the three-year clinical medicine major(rural medicine orientation)of Capital Medical University were enrolled.Among them,28 students from Group B and Group C of 2020 were used as the control group,and 30 students from Group A and 2021 of 2020 were used as the observation group.Results In the absence of significant differences in the teaching staff,the scores of the theory test,the reading skills test and the learning effect questionnaire were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of new media and PACS imaging workstation can improve the quality of medical imaging teaching in the three-year clinical medicine major(rural medicine orientation),so that students can better master the skills of medical imaging diagnosis.
