活血化瘀法对下颌骨囊性病变刮除术术后患者肿胀及疼痛的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究活血化瘀法对下颌骨囊性病变刮除术术后患者肿胀及疼痛的临床疗效。方法选择2024年1月-2024年5月收治于本院的下颌骨囊性病变患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组予以常规医用盐水冰袋冷敷,观察组局部自制消肿贴治疗,比较两组患者术区肿胀程度、疼痛程度。结果治疗前两组术区肿胀程度、疼痛程度、张口受限程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后术区肿胀程度、疼痛程度、张口受限程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后SF-36中各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀法对下颌骨囊性病变刮除术术后患者的肿胀和疼痛有明显的临床疗效,能够显著减轻术后患者的肿胀程度、疼痛程度以及张口受限程度,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis in treating swelling and pain in patients with mandibular cystic lesions after curettage surgery.Methods Eighty patients with mandibular cystic lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group received routine medical saline ice pack cold compress,while the observation group received local self-made anti swelling patch treatment.The degree of swelling and pain in the surgical area of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of swelling,pain,and restricted mouth opening between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the degree of swelling,pain,and restricted mouth opening in the surgical area after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various dimensions in SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has significant clinical efficacy in treating swelling and pain in patients with mandibular cystic lesions after curettage surgery.It can significantly reduce the degree of swelling,pain,and restricted mouth opening in postoperative patients,and improve their quality of life.
