康复新液联合泮托拉唑和生长抑素治疗急性消化性溃疡出血的效果

摘　　要：目的观察在急性消化性溃疡出血的临床治疗中,康复新液联合泮托拉唑和生长抑素的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月-2024年1月通用环球中铁西安医院收治的急性消化性溃疡出血患者86例,按照随机信封法分为两组,对照组(43例)采用泮托拉唑和生长抑素治疗,研究组(43例)联用康复新液,对比两组临床疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,再出血率和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组,大便潜血转阴时间、呕血停止时间和腹痛消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),同时两组不良反应发生率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在急性消化性溃疡出血的临床治疗中,康复新液联合泮托拉唑和生长抑素应用能够有效促进患者出血症状好转,提高止血效率,减轻局部溃疡炎症,加快体征恢复,治疗安全性和实用性较高。Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with pantoprazole and somatostatin in the clinical treatment of acute peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods 86 patients with acute peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to General Global China Railway Xi’an Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using the envelope method.The control group(43 cases)was treated with pantoprazole and somatostatin,while the study group(43 cases)was treated with Kangfuxin solution.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the rebleeding rate and levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and C-reactive protein(CRP)were lower than those in the control group.The time for fecal occult blood to turn negative,the time for vomiting blood to stop,and the time for abdominal pain to disappear were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of acute peptic ulcer bleeding,the combination of Kangfuxin liquid,pantoprazole,and somatostatin can effectively promote the improvement of bleeding symptoms in patients,improve hemostasis efficiency,reduce local ulcer inflammation,accelerate sign recovery,and have high treatment safety and practicality.
