摘 要:目的:建立海红花药酒的HPLC指纹图谱,为海红花药酒质量控制提供理论依据。方法:方法学考察精密度、重复性、稳定性,获取18个批次海红花药酒色谱图,采用《中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统(A版)》生成指纹图谱并计算相似度;利用单味中药材和对照品与样品色谱图峰比较,作出药材归属。结果:建立18个批次海红花药酒指纹图谱并确认18个共有峰,指纹图谱相似度均大于0.95。通过峰比对法指认出2号峰为羟基红花黄色素A,6号峰为阿魏酸,18号峰为藁本内酯。结论:建立了海红花药酒HPLC指纹图谱,建立的方法操作便捷,稳定性好,可用于海红花药酒的质量控制,为深入研究其质量标准及作用机制提供参考价值。Objective:The HPLC fingerprint of Haihonghua medicinal liquor(HHML)was established to provide a theoretical basis for the quality control.Methods:The accuracy,repeatability and stability of the method were investigated.Chromatograms of 18 batches of HHML were obtained.The fingerprint was generated and the similarity was calculated by Fingerprint Profile Similarity Evaluation System for Traditional Chinese Medicines(Version A).The chromatographic peaks of single Chinese medicinal materials and control products were compared with those of samples to identify the medicinal materials.Results:The fingerprint of 18 batches of HHML was established with 18 common peaks identified,and the similarity of fingerprint was greater than 0.95.Peak 2 was identified as hydroxylsafflor yellow A,peak 6 as ferulic acid and peak 18 as ligustilide by peak comparison method.Conclusion:The HPLC fingerprint of HHML is established.The established method is convenient and stable,which could be used for quality control of HHML,and provide reference value for further study of its quality standard and mechanism.
