基于知识图谱的扶阳学派研究的回顾与展望

摘　　要：目的:运用知识图谱技术对扶阳学派相关研究进行文献计量学分析,阐明该领域的发文趋势、合作网络、主题演变及研究热点,以准确把握扶阳学派研究的发展趋势,为扶阳学派的后续研究提供参鉴。方法:综合运用COOCcurrence、VOSviewer和CiteSpace等知识图谱可视化软件,对中国知网收录的扶阳学派研究文献的发文量、作者、机构及关键词进行文献计量分析。结果:扶阳学派研究每年发文量总体呈现增长趋势,可以划分为萌芽期、起步期和发展期3个阶段;作者和机构发文量平稳提升,作者之间及机构之间的研究合作关系渐趋密切,逐步形成内部合作关系紧密的地域性研究网络,并呈现一定的跨地域协作趋势。通过关键词共现分析,发现该领域研究内容逐渐细化及深化,研究主题逐渐多样化,总体呈现理论与临床紧密融合、扶阳各家学术争鸣的鲜明特征;并获得7个关键词聚类及20个突现词。同时,明确了该领域高影响力研究主题与其相应的研究力量。结论:该领域研究热点主要有四川钦安卢氏扶阳理论、云南吴氏扶阳理论、李可老中医学术思想以及附子的临床运用规律。当前扶阳学派研究主要集中于理论探索与临床研究,未来应注重扶阳哲学原理的挖掘,并加强数据挖掘技术及基础实验研究方法在该领域中的探索。Objective:This study applied knowledge graph technology to conduct literature bibliometric analysis of research related to Fuyang academic school,aiming to elucidate the publication trends,collaborative networks,thematic evolution,and research hotspots in this field.This study contributed to accurately grasp the development trends of Fuyang academic school research and provided valuable references for future studies in Fuyang academic school.Methods:This study employed various knowledge graph visualization software including COOCcurrence,VOSviewer,and CiteSpace to conduct literature bibliometric analysis of Fuyang academic school research papers collected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure.The analysis encompassed publication volume,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results:Research on Fuyang academic school exhibited an overall increasing trend in annual publication volume and could be divided into three stages:germination,initiation,and development.The number of publications by authors and institutions steadily increased,indicating a closer research collaboration among authors and institutions.This collaboration had gradually led to the formation of regional research networks with tight internal collaboration and a trend towards cross-regional cooperation.Through keyword co-occurrence analysis,the research in this field had been found to be increasingly specialized and deepened,with diverse research topics.Overall,it demonstrated a distinct characteristic of the integration of theory and clinical practice,as well as academic debates among various branches of Fuyang academic school.Seven keyword clusters and twenty emergent keywords had been identified.Furthermore,this study delineated high-impact research topics in the field and their corresponding research contributors.Conclusion:The research hotspots in this field primarily focused on the Qin’an LU’s Fuyang medicine in Sichuan,the Wu’s Fuyang medicine in Yunnan,academic thoughts on traditional Chinese medicine of LI Ke,and the clinical app
