摘 要:目的开发并优化一种静态顶空气相色谱-质谱(HS-GC/MS)方法,旨在应用于薰衣草精油的分析。方法为了获得薰衣草精油的全面概况,基于实验设计(DOE)考察,选择了最佳的HS-GC/MS方法参数。通过Plackett-Burman实验设计,利用HS进样系统的5个参数,结合以峰个数和总峰面积为响应变量进行优化,并通过该方法对5种薰衣草精油进行分析。结果筛选得到最优的顶空进样参数:孵育温度170℃、孵育平衡时间60 min、注射后停留时间15 s、入口温度250℃,以及分流比10∶1;共鉴定挥发成分79个,其中13个为共有成分。不同的薰衣草精油样品在成分数量上存在一定的差异,不同厂家生产的薰衣草精油也有明显差异。结论HS-GC/MS方法可用于薰衣草精油的质量评估,并根据获得的GC-MS谱提供其有关特征香气和物种间区分的信息。Objective To develop and optimize a static headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC/MS)method for the analysis of lavender essential oil.Methods In order to obtain a comprehensive profile of essential oils,optimal HS-GC/MS method parameters were selected based on a design of experiments(DOE)process.The Plackett-Burman experimental design was optimized by using the five parameters of the HS sampling system combined with the number of peaks and the total peak area as the response variables.The analysis of five lavender essential oil can be executed with this approach.Results The optimal headspace sampling parameters were screened:incubation temperature 170°C,incubation equilibrium time 60 min,residence time after injection 15 s,inlet temperature 250°C,and split ratio was 10∶1;a total of 79 volatile components were identified,among which 13 were common ingredients.Different lavender essential oil samples have certain differences in the number of ingredients,and lavender essential oils produced by different manufacturers are also significantly different.Conclusion This method can be used for the quality assessment of lavender essential oil and provides information on its characteristic aroma and inter-species differentiation based on the obtained GC-MS spectra.
