摘 要:目的分析CT和磁共振(MRI)在鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的准确性表现以及影像学特征。方法从本院选取90例鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,所选患者均接受CT检查和MRI检查。对患者CT检查以及MRI检查在鉴别诊断中的准确性表现展开对比,并分析患者的影像学特征。结果CT与MRI在鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断准确性上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CT联合MRI对于鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的准确性明显高于CT或MRI单独应用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤患者在CT影像中多表现为密度不均匀的软组织肿块影,且肿瘤边界不清,多呈不规则形态,部分患者病灶周边存在骨质破坏情况;鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤患者在MRI影像中的T1加权像表现为低或稍低信号,T2加权像表现为稍高信号,且信号表现不均。结论CT、MRI在鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中单独应用的准确性表现,联合运用可有效提高鉴别诊断的准确性,对于明确患者鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤病情发展情况具有积极影响。Objective To analyze the accuracy and imaging features of CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the differential diagnosis of malignant tumors in the nasal cavity and sinuses.Method 90 patients with malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and sinuses were selected from our hospital as the research subjects,and all selected patients underwent CT and MRI examinations.Compare the accuracy of CT and MRI examinations in differential diagnosis and analyze the imaging characteristics of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy of CT and MRI in the differential diagnosis of malignant tumors in the nasal cavity and sinuses(P>0.05);The accuracy of CT combined with MRI in the differential diagnosis of malignant tumors in the nasal cavity and sinuses is significantly higher than that of CT or MRI alone(P<0.05),and the difference is statistically significant;Patients with malignant tumors in the nasal cavity and sinuses often exhibit soft tissue masses with uneven density on CT images,with unclear tumor boundaries and irregular shapes.Some patients have bone destruction around the lesions;Patients with malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and sinuses show low or slightly low signal on T1 weighted MRI images,and slightly high signal on T2 weighted MRI images,with uneven signal presentation.Conclusion The accuracy of CT and MRI alone in the differential diagnosis of malignant tumors in the nasal cavity and sinuses can be effectively improved by combining them,which has a positive impact on clarifying the development of the patient's condition of malignant tumors in the nasal cavity and sinuses.
