摘  要:目的模型眼中植入球面人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL),0μm非球面IOL、-0.1μm非球面IOL、-0.26μm非球面IOL,四种不同球差的IOL,通过蒙特卡洛分析的方法比较每种IOL分别在瞳孔直径3 mm、4 mm和5 mm时较好10%和较差10%的调制传递函数(modulation transfer function,MTF)值,比较4种IOL成像质量及抗偏心性能的研究。方法实验研究中,分别在瞳孔直径3 mm、4 mm、5 mm条件下,在模型眼中插入4种不同球差的IOL。在计算机光学模拟系统中,通过蒙特卡洛分析的方法设计4种IOL随机0~0.5 mm偏心,分别进行1000次随机模拟。比较四种IOL最好10%和最差10%成像质量的实验研究。结果随机偏心的情况下,在3 mm瞳孔直径条件下,最好10%时-0.1μm非球面IOL与-0.26μm非球面IOL、0μm非球面IOL的MTF值均较高,且明显优于球面IOL,最差10%时-0.1μm非球面IOL的MTF值较-0.26μm非球面IOL和球面IOL高。在4 mm瞳孔直径条件下,最好10%时-0.1μm非球面IOL与-0.26μm非球面的MTF值较-0μm非球面IOL和球面IOL高,最差10%时-0.1μm的非球面IOL的MTF值较-0.26μm非球面IOL和球面IOL高。在5 mm瞳孔直径条件下,最好10%时-0.1μm非球面IOL的MTF值较0μm非球面IOL和球面IOL高,最差10%时-0.1μm非球面IOL的MTF较其他三种IOL高。结论-0.1μm非球面IOL对偏心有较好的耐受性,成像质量的稳定性较高。Objective The model eyes were implanted with four kinds of intraocular lens(IOL)with different spherical aberration,including spherical IOL,0μm aspheric IOL,-0.1μm aspheric IOL,-0.26μm aspheric IOL.The 10%better and 10%worse Modulation transfer function(MTF)values of each IOL at 3 mm,4 mm and 5 mm pupil diameters were compared using Monte Carlo analysis,and the imaging quality and anti-decentration performance were compared.Methods For experimental study,four kinds of IOL with different spherical aberration were inserted into the model eye under the condition of pupil diameter of 3 mm,4 mm and 5 mm,respectively.In the computer optical simulation system,the Monte Carlo analysis method was used to design four kinds of IOL with random 0-0.5 mm decentration,and 1000 random simulations were performed respectively.The experimental studies with the 10%better and 10%worse image quality of the four IOL were compared.Results In the case of random decentration,under the 3 mm pupil diameter,the MTF values of-0.1μm aspherical IOL,-0.26μm aspherical IOL and 0μm aspherical IOL were higher than spherical IOL at the best 10%,and the MTF value of-0.1μm aspherical IOL was higher than-0.26μm aspherical IOL and spherical IOL at the worst 10%.Under the 4 mm pupil diameter,the MTF values of-0.1μm aspherical IOL and-0.26μm aspherical IOL 10%were higher than-0μm aspherical IOL and spherical IOL at the best 10%,and the MTF values of-0.1μm aspherical IOL were higher than those of-0.26μm aspherical IOL and spherical IOL at the worst 10%.Under the 5 mm pupil diameter,the MTF value of-0.1μm aspherical IOL was higher than 0μm aspherical IOL and spherical IOL at the best 10%,and the MTF value of-0.1μm aspherical IOL was higher than that of the other three IOL at the worst 10%.Conclusion-0.1μm aspherical IOL has good tolerance to decentration and high stability of image quality.
