摘　　要：自然保护地是开展自然教育的理想场所。本文以江苏盐城国家级珍禽自然保护区为研究对象,运用SWOT方法系统分析该保护区开展自然教育的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁。结果表明,该保护区存在资源丰富、知名度高、基础扎实、设施完善、交通便利等优势;设施功能布局不合理、保护与发展矛盾、人才与管理机构匮乏、教育模式与课程创新不足是其劣势;自然教育兴起、相关政策助推、世界遗产传播、乡村振兴是其面临的机遇;同行竞争激烈、行业规范欠缺、生态安全威胁、户外风险隐患是其迎接的挑战。在系统分析的基础上,提出了加强人才与机构建设、优化基础设施功能布局、依托世界遗产赋能发展、降低活动风险的建议,以期为保护区开展自然教育工作提供参考。Nature reserves are ideal places for nature education.In this paper,Jiangsu Yancheng National Nature Reserve for Rare Birds was the study object and SWOT analysis was adopted to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the reserve in developing nature education.The results showed that the reserve had such advantages as rich natural resources,great popularity,solid foundation,improved infrastructure facilities and convenient transportation while having such disadvantages as irrational layout of functional facilities,conflicts between conservation and development,lack of talents and management organizations,weaknesses in innovation of education model and curriculum.Opportunities were the thriving of nature education,related beneficial policies,publicity of world heritage sites and rural ecological vitalization.Challenges included fierce peer competition,lack of industrial standards,ecological security threats and outdoor risks.Based on a systematic analysis,some suggestions were put forward including strengthening institutional and talent building,optimizing functional layout of infrastructure,relying on world heritage sites and rural ecological vitalization,minimizing risks of nature education activities,so as to provide reference for nature education in nature reserves.
