中医情志护理联合八段锦干预对脑卒中后偏瘫患者肢体运动功能、心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中医情志护理联合八段锦干预对脑卒中后偏瘫患者肢体运动功能、心理状态的影响。方法选取我院2021年6月—2023年8月收治的60例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医情志护理联合八段锦干预,两组均干预8周。比较两组患者的肢体运动功能、心理状态、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表、巴氏指数评定表、生活质量综合评定问卷评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分分别为(33.41±2.89)分、(33.23±2.82)分,均低于对照组的(41.22±2.43)分、(40.56±2.38)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中医情志护理结合八段锦应用于脑卒中后偏瘫患者的护理中效果显著,可减轻患者消极情绪,改善肢体功能,增强日常生活能力,改善生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with eight section brocade intervention on the limb motor function and psychological state of hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese emotional nursing combined with eight section brocade intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Limb motor function,mental state,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessmen Scale,Barthel Index rating scale and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were(33.41±2.89)points and(33.23±2.82)points,respectively,which were lower than(41.22±2.43)points,(40.56±2.38)points in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine emotional care and eight section brocade has a significant effect on the nursing of post-stroke hemiplegic patients.It can alleviate negative emotions,improve limb function,enhance daily living abilities,and improve quality of life.
