时效性激励护理联合奥塔戈运动训练对老年脑梗死偏瘫患者希望水平及肢体功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨时效性激励护理联合奥塔戈运动训练对老年脑梗死偏瘫患者的影响。方法选取金乡县人民医院2022年8月—2023年9月收治的60例老年脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用时效性激励护理联合奥塔戈运动训练。比较两组患者的肢体功能、希望水平、康复训练依从性及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表、Herth希望量表中各项评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组功能锻炼依从性量表评分为(42.84±8.91)分,脑卒中专用生存质量量表评分为(199.26±20.85)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年脑梗死偏瘫患者中应用时效性激励护理联合奥塔戈运动训练效果显著,可促进患者肢体运动功能改善,提升训练依从性,增强希望水平,有助于提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of timeliness incentive nursing combined with Otago exercise training on elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia treated in Jinxiang County People's Hospital from August 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received timeliness incentive nursing combined with Otago exercise training.Limb function,hope level,rehabilitation training compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores and total scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale and Herth Hope Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of Functional Exercise Compliance Scale and Stroke Quality of Life Scale in the observation group were(42.84±8.91)points and(199.26±20.85)points,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of timeliness incentive nursing combined with Otago exercise training has a significant effect on elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.It can promote the improvement of limb motor function,enhance training compliance,enhance hope levels,and help improve their quality of life.
