铝碳酸镁联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗对胃溃疡合并胃出血患者凝血功能及溃疡愈合效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨铝碳酸镁联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗对胃溃疡(GU)合并胃出血患者的影响。方法选择临沂市中医医院2020年9月—2023年9月收治的84例GU合并胃出血患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予艾司奥美拉唑治疗,观察组给予铝碳酸镁联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组的溃疡愈合效果、凝血功能指标、胃酸分泌情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组溃疡总愈合率为83.33%,高于对照组的64.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间均短于对照组,纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃酸分泌量、胃液胆酸含量均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗可有效提高GU合并胃出血患者的溃疡愈合效果,改善凝血功能,减少胃酸分泌,且安全性高。Objective Exploring the effect of hydrotalcite combined with esomeprazole treatment on patients with gastric ulcer(GU)complicated with gastric bleeding.Methods A total of 84 patients with GU complicated with gastric bleeding admitted to Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole,while the observation group was treated with hydrotalcite combined with esomeprazole.Compare the ulcer healing effect,coagulation function indicators,gastric acid secretion status,and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results After treatment,the total healing rate of ulcers in the observation group was 83.33%,which was higher than the 64.29%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had shorter prothrombin time,thrombin time,and activated partial thromboplastin time than those of the control group,and lower fibrinogen levels than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the gastric acid secretion and bile acid content in gastric acid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The hydrotalcite combined with esomeprazole treatment on patients with GU complicated with gastric bleeding can effectively improve the ulcer healing effect,improve coagulation function,reduce gastric acid secretion,and have high safety.
