阿立哌唑结合帕利哌酮缓释片口服治疗首发精神分裂症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑结合帕利哌酮缓释片口服治疗首发精神分裂症的临床效果。方法选取2021年10月—2023年2月聊城市第四人民医院收治的200例首发精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组给予患者帕利哌酮缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予患者阿立哌唑治疗,两组均连续治疗8周。比较两组的临床疗效、症状评分、血清催乳素水平、社会功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为80.00%,高于对照组的61.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后及治疗8周后,观察组阳性和阴性症状量表各项评分及总分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清催乳素水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组个人和社会功能量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床针对首发精神分裂患者的治疗中,应用阿立哌唑结合帕利哌酮缓释片可取得显著疗效,能减轻患者症状,降低催乳素水平,提高社会功能,值得推广。Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of oral administration of aripiprazole combined with paliperidone sustained-release tablets in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia.Methods Selecting 200 first-episode schizophrenia patients admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from October 2021 to February 2023 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paliperidone sustained-release tablets,while the observation group was treated with aripiprazole in addition to the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,serum prolactin levels,social function and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 80.00%,which was higher than 61.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale scores and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum prolactin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Personal and Social Performance Scale scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of first-episode schizophrenia patients,the combination of aripiprazole and paliperidone sustained-release tablets can achieve significant therapeutic effects,alleviate patient symptoms,reduce prolactin levels,and improve social function,and is worth promoting.
