帕金森病患者体位性低血压的预见性护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理在帕金森病患者体位性低血压方面的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年6月—2023年12月内蒙古自治区赤峰市医院收治的89例帕金森病患者的临床资料,按照干预方式的不同将其分为对照组(n=39)和研究组(n=50)。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用预见性护理干预。探讨不同组别患者在认知功能、体位性低血压出现频率、护理满意度与并发症发生情况的差异性。结果护理前,两组认知功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理2周后,研究组洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组体位性低血压出现频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理2周后,研究组体位性低血压出现频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率2.00%低于对照组的25.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用于帕金森病患者中具有显著优势,能够改善患者的认知功能、提升患者的护理满意度、改善体位性低血压出现频率、降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing intervention on postural hypotension in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods The clinical data 89 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to Chifeng Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from June 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a control group(n=39)and a research group(n=50)according to different intervention methods.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the research group was treated with predictive nursing intervention.To investigate the differences of cognitive function,frequency of postural hypotension,nursing satisfaction and occurrence of complications among different groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in cognitive function between the two groups(P>0.05);after 2 weeks of nursing,the Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment score of the research group patients was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the frequency of orthostatic hypotension between the two groups(P>0.05);after 2 weeks of nursing,the frequency of orthostatic hypotension in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was 2.00%,which was lower than 25.64%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention is effective in the intervention of Parkinson's disease patients,which can improve the cognitive function of patients,enhance nursing satisfaction,and reduce the frequency and complications of postural hypotension.
